Art 25 Legislative Decree 14 March 2013 No. 33

Article 14 "Simplification of controls on businesses under Decree-Law 9 February 2012 No. 5, converted by Law No. 35 of 4 April 2012, requires all public administrations to publish on their institutional website the list of controls within their jurisdiction to which businesses are subject. The publication of the list of controls by a public administration also has publicity and information effects on this web portal. The method by which this publicity is achieved is as follows:

• The Public Administration shall publish (and keep updated) on its institutional site the list of controls;
• The Administration sends to the PEC box controlli.pa@cert.impresainungiorno.gov.it a simple communication in which it specifies its personal name corresponding to the one registered in the Index of Public Administrations (IPA) and the exact address of the Internet network referring to the part of its institutional website where the list of controls is published. In order to ensure the correct identification of the sender, the above-mentioned communication must be sent from a certified electronic mail (PEC) box that appears in the IPA as belonging to the Public Administration.
