SSU-Catalog

The Catalogue of the Single Desk IT System (SSU), as provided by Article 3, paragraph 3, letter d) of the new Technical Annex to Presidential Decree 160/2010, is one of the components of the SSU. It serves as the unique and shared knowledge base of administrative procedures among SUAP offices, municipal offices, and other public administrations involved in the process. It includes the list of IT systems — SUAP Front Office, SUAP Back Office, and Third-Party Entities Back Office — as well as the rules for the digital exchange of information between them.

Service for managing and populating the administrative procedures of the SSU Catalogue
The human-oriented functionalities of the SSU Catalogue are reserved for the competent Administrations referred to in Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Interministerial Decree of 26 September 2023. These administrations must carry out the initial population and the ongoing update of the contents of the SSU Catalogue through the Service for managing and populating the administrative procedures of the SSU Catalogue, following the Adhesion procedure described therein.

SSU Catalogue e-services
The SSU Catalogue e-services available on the PDND are the digital services provided by Unioncamere and made available to the Public Administrations involved in SUAP administrative procedures. These services enable the exchange of data between the SSU Catalogue and the IT components operating within the Single Desk IT System.

The support portal
The SSU Catalogue Support Portal is a help desk service related to the human-oriented functionalities of the SSU Catalogue, as well as to the e-services provided by the SSU Catalogue on the National Digital Data Platform (PDND).

The SSU Catalogue Support Portal offers self-care features for independently searching information and allows users to contact the support team via a dedicated form available in the “Contact Us” section.
