Certification of SUAP requirements and inclusion of the body in the national list published on the web portal www.impresainungiorno.gov.it.

The functions attributed to the SUAP by Article 38 of the Regulation and the minimum technical requirements. On the basis of these functions, for the SUAP, the ability to initiate, manage and complete the aforementioned procedures electronically, in order to operate in compliance with the provisions of the Presidential Decree (and in accordance with the CAD), constitutes a fundamental requirement of a technical-operational nature.

What the Municipality declares through the certification procedure will be subject to timely verification in relation to the operation of the Certified Electronic Email address and the effective updating of the information area on the web, with particular reference to procedures and forms.

The outcomes of the above checks and any subsequent registration of the SUAPs on the national list will be communicated by the Ministry of Economic Development, which will publish the list of SUAPs on the web portal, to the PEC address indicated by the Municipality. The accredited Municipality will have at its disposal the Impresainungiorno.gov.it web portal service for editing and updating the information provided during the SUAPs conformity attestation procedure.

The fulfilment of the requirements will be subject to periodic verification for the purposes of monitoring the functioning of SUAPs provided for in Article 11 of Presidential Decree 160/2010.
