Who can use the online services

The service access policy

The services of impresainungiorno, provided on behalf of the various central PPAAs, also known as the integrated services of impresa.gov.it, can be used, according to the policies defined for each of them, either by the representative of a company registered in the Business Register (who in this case operates on behalf of the company) or by the holder of the digital identity, as a natural person, who, in this case operates "in a personal capacity". 

In both the former and the latter case, the principal may grant a proxy to another person (the so-called 'sub-delegate') who may act on behalf of the principal. The procedures for granting sub-delegations are described in the user profile management manual in the section 'How to grant a sub-delegation'.

If the user acts as a representative of the Business, it is it is necessary in advance for them to configure their profile (see the user manual "How to configure your profile) so that the system can make the association between the user's tax code (corresponding to the digital identity with which he is authenticated) and the Business' tax code.

Through this association you are enabled to use online services.

The declaration is made under the full responsibility of the declarant. To protect the business, the system checks that the declarant has representative offices in the Chamber of Commerce. The system cannot, however, verify the extent of the power of attorney (powers): consequently, the use of the services and the operations performed fall under the full responsibility of the declarant.
