Establishment and accreditation of Business Agencies

As prescribed by the  Ministry of Economic Development, this section of Impresainungiorno.gov  contains useful information for Agencies for Enterprises, and in particular details of the accreditation procedure, (as per  Presidential Decree no. 159 07/09/2010).

In order to allow any interested parties to assess the procedure to be followed and the necessary requirements for the initiation of the accreditation procedure for Agencies for Enterprises, a sample accreditation application form for Agencies for Enterprises and related illustrative documentation is made available.
Please note that the application for accreditation is subject to the payment of a fee established by the Decree of 31 March 2011 "Determination of the fees to be paid by the Agencies for Enterprises for the full coverage of the costs arising from the accreditation procedure pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 5, of Presidential Decree 9.7.2010, no. 159", issued by Mise in agreement with the MEF.
