In the new architecture of the One-Stop Shops IT system, the Accreditation Service represents the single access point for SUAPs, Municipal Offices and the public administrations involved in the administrative procedure concerned by Articles 6 and 7 of the new Technical Annex to the Presidential Decree 160/2010, which establish that SUAPs and Third Party Entities must equip themselves with IT systems that implement, within their respective responsibilities, the SUAP Front Office, SUAP Back Office and Third Party Entity Back Office IT components in conformity with the Technical Specifications set forth in Article 5 of the same Technical Annex and request the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy (MIMIT) for technical verification of the conformity of the IT components they intend to equip themselves with in order to operate in the new architecture of the One-Stop Shops IT system (SSU).
