Deadline for annual communications from businesses applying for grants for 2012.

Operators applying for publishing grants are required to make the annual communication to the ROC by 31 January 2013

Businesses wishing to apply for 2012 grants pursuant to Article 3, paragraphs 2, 2-bis, 2-ter, 2-quater and Article 4 of Law no. 250 of 7 August 1990, as well as those referred to in Article 153, paragraphs 2 and 4, of Law no. 388 of 23 December 2000, are required to make the annual communication by 31 January 2013 with assets referring to the year 2012 in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of Annex A to Resolution No. 666/08/CONS.

For the purposes of this reporting, businesses whose publications are owned by entities other than the publisher are exempt from the provisions of paragraph 3 of the section titled "Supplementary declarations required from businesses applying for publishing grants", as specified in Annex B to Resolution no. 666/08/CONS.

Declarations made pursuant to the Regulation using forms 12/1/ROC, 12/2/ROC, 12/3/ROC, and 12/4/ROC, attached to this notice, regarding control and/or affiliation situations occurring in 2012, must be submitted in PDF format, digitally signed by the legal representative, as attachments to the annual report via the web portal www.impresainungiorno.gov.it.
