If you intend to send at the same time as the Single Communication procedure (pursuant to Presidential Decree no. 160/2010 art.5 c.2) a Certified Notification of Commencement of Activity (S.C.I.A.) addressed to a municipality that uses the SUAPs OSS of the Chambers of Commerce, the Report must be compiled exclusively through the front office tools of the 'impresainungiorno.gov.it' web portal.

Thus, the integration of the concurrent administrative procedures of the SUAP and the Business Register is implemented: transmission is made to the Business Register, which automatically forwards the SCIA to the relevant SUAP.

Please be aware that submission through Single Communication is exclusively applicable to SCIAs (not to administrative procedures under the Ordinary Procedure).

If you use ComunicaStarweb, the Front Office service of the Chambers of Commerce enabled to send SCIAs at the same time as the Single Communication, the system suggests selecting the 'SUAP Procedure' among the optional procedures.
