New National Single Price List for Health Procedures (Legislative Decree 32/2021)
The National Board, established by the Ministry of Health, in application of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 32/2021 has defined the price list and payment methods that will come into force starting from 1 January 2022 at NATIONAL level for the health registration and recognition procedures relating to: - food (Health notification/food processing) - EC regulation 852/2004, - establishments handling food of animal origin - EC regulation 853/2004, - animal by-products - EC regulation 1069/2009, - feed - regulation 183/2005 for further details see Annex 2 Section 8 of Legislative Decree 32/2021.
