The Municipality of SCANNO performs the functions of One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities with the support of Camera di Commercio Industria Artigianato e Agricoltura del GRAN SASSO D'ITALIA, in compliance with art.4, paragraphs 10-12 of Presidential Decree 160/2010. In this section of the portal, you can consult the list of SUAP-related procedures, and thus fill out, sign, and submit an application to start or run a business in the Municipality.
The municipality is part of the Southern Italy Single Special Economic Zone - ZES unica. Applications for the issuance of the Single Authorization, pursuant to art. 15 of Decree Law 124/2023 and to L. 171/2025, must be submitted exclusively via the ZES Digital One-Stop Shop - S.U.D. ZES. To determine whether the application falls under the S.U.D. ZES, a "Preliminary Notification" form is available to carry out an initial review of the proposed initiative.
