In this section of the portal, you can consult the list of SUAP-related procedures, and thus fill out, sign, and submit an application to start or run a business in the Municipality.
The municipality is part of the Southern Italy Single Special Economic Zone - ZES unica. Applications for the issuance of the Single Authorization, pursuant to art. 15 of Decree Law 124/2023 and to L. 171/2025, must be submitted exclusively via the ZES Digital One-Stop Shop - S.U.D. ZES. To determine whether the application falls under the S.U.D. ZES, a "Preliminary Notification" form is available to carry out an initial review of the proposed initiative.
Certified Notices of Business Start and Applications must be submitted exclusively using the dedicated online system (Website). Sending applications as attachments to Certified Email messages is not allowed. Any Certified Notices of Business Start and Applications received by the SUAP Certified Email inbox will be rejected. The automatically generated receipt from the inbox provider has no legal value for conducting business.
