In this section of the portal, you can consult the list of SUAP-related procedures, and thus fill out, sign, and submit an application to start or run a business in the Municipality.
The municipality is part of the Simplified Logistic Zone. Applications for the issuance of the Single Authorization, pursuant to art. 12 of DPCM 40/2024, must be submitted exclusively via the ZLS Digital One-Stop Shop.
Certified Notices of Business Start and Applications must be submitted exclusively using the dedicated online system (Website). Sending applications as attachments to Certified Email messages is not allowed. Any Certified Notices of Business Start and Applications received by the SUAP Certified Email inbox will be rejected. The automatically generated receipt from the inbox provider has no legal value for conducting business.
