Rome, 27 April 2016 - Italian municipalities and Chambers of Commerce strengthen their alliance on the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities. A MoU signed today by the president of Anci, Piero Fassino, and the president of Unioncamere, Ivan Lo Bello, sets the goal of extending the use of the 'impresainungiorno' platform to as many Italian municipalities as possible, so that the formalities carried out by entrepreneurs to start up and run their business are not only fully digital but also homogeneous and standardised.
The digital platform www.impresainungiorno.gov.it costituisce il punto unico di contatto a livello nazionale per consentire all'utenza di accedere ai servizi degli Sportelli unici per le attività produttive.is the nationwide Point of Single Contact for users to access the services of One-Stop Shops for Productive Activities.
The Electronic Suap, which, among other things, offers information and direct assistance to users, has achieved excellent results in five years of operation and is an example of good administrative practice: 250 thousand visitors per month, 600 thousand digital procedures completed by the 3,390 Municipalities (40% of the total) which, on the basis of a delegation or agreement with the Chambers of Commerce, have adopted the digital platform.
The MoU therefore provides for a commitment by Anci and Unioncamere to promote the use of 'impresainungiorno' services by those municipalities that have so far adopted different digital solutions so that they will consider the option of joining the national web portal to standardise the service offered to entrepreneurs in the area.
The Memorandum of Understanding between the National Association of Italian Municipalities and the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce is now available
