The documents related to this technical specification are issued in definitive form.

The identification of the acceptable document formats to be attached to the electronic administrative procedures arises from the need to prevent possible problems of illegibility of the documents themselves when they are produced by different software versions or on diverse technological platforms.

The format definition process was conducted based on an analysis of the types of documents that may be submitted and the technological tools supporting the administrative processes of the offices where the procedures will be examined.

This initial set of proposed formats covers an initial range of documents that are considered to be the most frequently used, taking into account the characteristics of openness, diffusion, and independence from technological platforms and specific manufacturers.
