Please be informed that, from 2 April 2024, an updated version of the online “Authorisation for Conferences and Congresses” service is available for pharmaceutical companies, providers, and secretariats organising conferences, congresses, and other meetings concerning medicinal products as referred to in Article 124 of Legislative Decree No. 219/2006. Therefore, as of that date, notifications under the aforementioned Article 124 must no longer be submitted to the Italian Medicines Agency (AIFA) via this service—which will be discontinued—but exclusively via the new platform available at:  https://servizionline.aifa.gov.it .
