Contribution due to the Authority for the year 2019 by entities operating in the postal services sector
The deadline for fulfilling the contribution obligations is 20 April 2019
The amount and methods of payment of the contribution due to the Authority for the year 2019 by entities operating in the postal services sector, as well as the relevant instructions, are set out in Resolutions No. 528/18/CONS and No. 20/19/CONS.
By 20 April 2019, each entity is required to submit the Electronic form “Contributo SP - Anno 2019” ('SP Contribution - Year 2019'). Specifically, the electronic form 'SP Contribution - Year 2019' for reporting identification and f data and financial data and calculating the contribution payable by entities operating in the postal services sector, is available on the web portal www.impresainungiorno.gov.it. (hereinafter also the "portal") managed by the Italian Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts, and Agriculture.
In order to access the web portal, persons required to submit the "SP Contribution - Year 2019" form - natural persons, legal representatives or their proxies for filling in and transmitting the form - must have the CNS (National Services Card) referred to in Article 1 lett. d) of the Digital Administration Code (Legislative Decree 7 March 2005, No. 82).
Further information regarding the CNS and its configuration can be found in the section of the website dedicated to the Register of Communication Operators (areas ROC in the Electronic System and How to configure your profile) or by following the instructions provided by the issuing authority.
Starting this year, access to the portal https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it/sso/go is also allowed with SPID, the Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale (Public Digital Identity System), which allows you to access all online services of the Public Administration using a single Digital Identity (username, password and OTP - disposable PIN).
Please note that as of 1 January 2019, the IBAN code for the Authority’s new treasury institution has been as follows: IT 59 S 05424 04297 000000000582 c/o Banca Popolare di Bari. The contribution can be paid either by bank transfer or PagoPA.
For further clarification, please contact the Authority’s call centre from Monday to Friday, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., by calling the toll-free number 800.185060 (from landlines) or 081.750750 (from mobile phones)
After logging into the web portal, the SP Contribution Form for the year 2019 is available by accessing https://www.impresainungiorno.gov.it/sso/go and then selecting the Agcom services.
