Entities registered with the ROC and appearing in the list that fail to submit their annual electronic report by the deadline of 31 July 2013 will be ex officio cancelled from the Register. This communication constitutes formal notification to parties concerned pursuant to Art. 12 paragraph 2 of the Regulation.
