On 25 March 2013, the Ministry of Economic Development issued the guidelines for ministerial accreditation for carrying out the activities of Business Agencies pursuant to and for the purposes of DPR 9 July 2010, No. 159.

The guidelines provide indications and clarifications regarding the requirements and conditions necessary for the Ministry of Economic Development to issue accreditation to Business Agencies. The clarifications also concern aspects related to Certification Bodies and Accreditation Entities.
