Establishment and accreditation of Business Agencies

Under the instructions of the  Ministry of Economic Development, this section of Impresainungiorno.gov contains useful information for Business Agencies, in particular the details of the accreditation procedure (as per DPR No. 159 of 07/09/2010).

With the aim of allowing interested parties to assess the steps to follow and the requirements needed to start the accreditation procedure for Business Agencies, a template of the accreditation request form and the related explanatory documentation are available.
It should be noted that the accreditation application is subject to the payment of a fee established by the decree of 31 March 2011, “Determination of the fees charged to Business Agencies for the full coverage of the costs arising from the accreditation procedure pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 5, of the Presidential Decree of 9 July 2010, No. 159 ”, issued by the Ministry of Economic Development in agreement with the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
