The One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (Sportello Unico per le Attività Produttive, SUAP) serves as the local point of contact, linking entrepreneurs with the relevant public bodies for administrative matters concerning their business, such as the processes for siting, building, refurbishing, enlarging, closing, restarting and repurposing production facilities for goods and services.

Through the One-Stop Shop, it is possible to obtain a quick and certain response from all public administrations involved in the process (Region, Province, Local Health Authorities, Regional Environmental Protection Agency, Fire Brigade), ranging from managing the administrative procedure to the issuance of permits.

With the entry into force of Presidential Decree no. 160/2010, the One-Stop Shop for Productive Activities (SUAP) simplifies the relationship between businesses and public bodies.
