Alternatively, citizens/entrepreneurs may delegate the following persons, by giving them a special power of attorney:

• A trade association
• A professional (accountant, surveyor, etc.)

NB: SUAPs located in the province of Bergamo do not accept power of attorney, so citizens/entrepreneurs will need a digital signature device.
