The Interministerial Decree of July 28, 2026 (MIMIT and Public Administration), which approves the amendments to the technical specifications for the interoperability and adaptation of SUAP platforms and Third-Party Entities, was published on August 11, 2026, establishing the adoption of the so-called Approved 02 version.
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 116 of August 8, 2025 (converted with amendments into Law No. 147 of October 10, 2025) and the Prime Ministerial Decree (DPCM) of November 25, 2025, the new ""Department for the South"" is established at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, acting as the universal successor to the ZES Mission Structure.
Avviamento del Sistema informatico degli Sportelli Unici (SSU): è stata pubblicata la nota n. 28598 del 9 febbraio 2026, a firma del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy e del Dipartimento della Funzione Pubblica, contenente le istruzioni operative per l’adeguamento del Sistema dei SUAP alle Specifiche tecniche di interoperabilità, approvate con decreto interministeriale pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 276 del 25 novembre 2023.
