one-to-one assistance (email)
Before starting a business, a company must contact the relevant local authorities to carry out the required notifications and, when necessary, obtain the necessary permits.
All administrative tasks related to starting and running a business can be handled through the One-stop shop (SUAP) (SUAP), which serves as the single point of reference for companies and freelancers.
By accessing the One-stop shop (SUAP) desk, for which providing your Italian Tax Code is essential, companies and freelancers can electronically complete all necessary procedures and, in particular, submit declarations, documents, applications, and requests for authorization.
To get detailed information and complete the required procedures, type the name of the Municipality where the business will be established in the field below.
Service providers and companies established in a European Union country can request information directly from the One-stop shop (SUAP) only in digital form.
In the request, you need to provide personal details, including your Italian tax code, describe the economic activity you plan to carry out, and include your professional qualification details if it's a regulated activity. You can also, but it's not mandatory, attach supporting documents and indicate any other permits you already have.
The SUAP’s response will be sent directly to the email address you provided.
NOTE: This service is implemented in those municipalities which use the online One-stop shop (SUAP) managed by the Chambers of Commerce - that means 4073 out of the 8,000 Italian townships. Alternate contact details will be provided in case the One-stop shop you are interested in has not adopted this service.
