To this end, PSC Italy cooperates with One-Stop Shops set up in other European countries that are part of the EUGO network.
Businesses established in Italy purchasing services abroad can request customised information on remedies and dispute resolution procedures from the Contact Point for Businesses Receiving Services via the email address assistenza.destinatari@unioncamere.it.
General information is made available to entrepreneurs who want to operate outside national borders, whether on a permanent or temporary and occasional basis, within the Guide to Business Rights 2022 - 'THE FREE MOVEMENT OF SERVICES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION' , updated in December 2022.
