Data Controller

The Data Controller is the Public Administration responsible for the administrative procedure initiated by the User. Unioncamere, with registered office in Piazza Sallustio, 21 - 00187 Rome, is the Data Controller with exclusive reference to the user's browsing data collected on the impresainungiorno.gov.it Web Portal.

Purposes and methods of processing

All personal data provided through the transactional services made available by the Web Portal will be processed in compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness established by the Privacy Rules, in order to provide users with the services requested as well as to respond to any requests or communications from users, always in pursuit of the Data Controller's institutional purposes.

Unioncamere shall take appropriate security measures to ensure a level of security commensurate with the risks of destruction or loss of data, modification, unauthorised disclosure or accidental or unlawful access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing is found in the need for Unioncamere to carry out a task of public interest or connected to the exercise of public authority within the meaning of art. 6, letter e) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. The Data Controller manages and makes the Web Portal available pursuant to the combined provisions of Article 4, paragraph 5 of Presidential Decree No. 160 of 7 September 2010 (where it states that 'Municipalities may exercise the functions relating to the SUAP individually or in association with each other, or in agreement with the chambers of commerce') and paragraph 11 of the same article (the latter for the reference to the agreement between Unioncamere and ANCI).

Unioncamere is not involved in the administrative process initiated by the User, nor does it monitor the SUAP's compliance with the associated procedural deadlines. In accordance with Chapter II of Law 241/1990, the latter remains responsible for ensuring adherence to the specified deadlines, as well as for completing any other procedural obligations.

Compliance with the provisions of Chapter III of Law 241/1990 (participation in the administrative procedure) and, in particular, the availability of information on the status of the various phases of the procedure is directly ensured by the SUAP which is responsible for the procedure itself, pursuant to the provisions contained in Chapter II of Law 241/1990, through the indications provided directly by the SUAP itself and possibly made available by it via the Web Portal. Any discrepancies, inaccuracies, or gaps between the documents actually prepared by the SUAP and those available to Users via the Web Portal must, therefore, be attributed exclusively to the legal liability of the aforementioned SUAP, excluding any correlative consequences, for any reason or cause, from being charged to Unioncamere.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of documents by e-mail to the addresses indicated in the Web Portal entails the simultaneous acquisition of the sender's address, which is necessary to reply to requests for services and/or information, as well as any other personal data included in the message and/or attachments.
