Definition of SUAP Procedure and SCIA in ComUnica
The documents related to this technical specification are issued in definitive form.
The SCIA is the "certified notification of commencement of activity" (segnalazione certificata di inizio attività) introduced by Law No. 122 of July 30, 2010, converting into law, with amendments, Decree-Law No. 78 of May 31, 2010. The purpose of this document is to provide the technical and format specifications of the so-called "SCIA in ComUnica" (SCIA within the Single Communication), as foreseen by Article 5, paragraph 2 of Presidential Decree (DPR) 160/2010, which states: "The SCIA, in cases where it is submitted simultaneously with the single communication, is presented to the Business Register, which immediately transmits it to the SUAP, which issues the receipt......". The specifications in the document are based on the rules dictated by Article 9 of the technical annex to DPR 160/2010.
The specification generally extends to all types of SUAP procedures (automated procedure and ordinary procedure).
