On 3 December 2021, the Decree of the Minister for Public Administration, the Minister for Economic Development and the Minister for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition was published in the Official Journal, approving the Electronic communication and data transfer modalities of the One-Stop Shops IT System.

The new rules, which are set out in Annex '1' to the Decree, replace those annexed to Presidential Decree No. 160 of 7 September 2010, with the aim of raising the level of digitisation of front office and back office services to ensure common rules and faster digital administrative procedures. The update of information systems of SUAPs will not be immediate but gradual according to the deadlines set by the Decree.

For this Web Portal, among others, the task of making available to businesses and municipalities the IT skills for sending, receiving and managing SUAP administrative procedures is confirmed.
