The channel set up to provide information and assistance for the service is the Information Support Portal for Public Administrations - Accreditation Section, a help desk service that offers self-care functions for independently searching for information and allows users to contact the support team by completing a dedicated form, accessible from the "Contact Us" section (indicating the scope of the request: "PA Accreditation").
