Services for SUAPs

The Chamber of Commerce System provides SUAPs with various services for the administrative management of procedures.


SUAPs that signed the appropriate agreement have at their disposal a comprehensive
system for the management of electronic SUAP procedures better described in the document “Operational Attachment for the SUAP Platform Prepared by the Chambers of Commerce”.


SUAPs that have autonomously accredited themselves and therefore do not use the process management tools made available by the Chambers of Commerce through special agreements can use the​​​​​​​ SU.RI. service which allows them to:

  •  consult the Business Dossiers of interest to them;
  •  enter, for the purposes of communication to the REA, the dossiers that have arrived at the Municipality through its own front-office tools;
  •  consult the archive of SCIAs received through the contextual flow to ComUnica;
  •  obtain the Chamber of Commerce printout view of the company that has submitted a dossier for examination;
  •  enter, for the purposes of communication to the REA, the outcomes of each procedure and the relevant documentation;
  •  search the archive of procedures submitted to the Business Register.

ccess is restricted to the heads of accredited SUAPs offices offices registered in the register of SUAPs.  The official in charge of the SUAP office must have registered via CNS with the Impresa in un giorno web portal.
