Intermediary
Is the natural person who individually or jointly conducts mediation aimed at settlement of a dispute. The mediator is an impartial third party, with no decision-making powers, which performs a service in order to assist two or more subjects in the search for an amicable agreement for the settlement of a dispute or to make a proposal. The agreement reached is equipped with a special punch (which comes from the enforceability of the minutes once approved by the Court). Those in possession of the requirements of the law can not claim a right to be enrolled in all organizations registered special register. There is no list of independent mediators to which the parties in possession of the requirements in question may ask the inscription are relevant, in fact, only the lists of mediators aggregated by each body in writingCompetent authority: Ministry of Justice
