It is the online portal provided by the Department for Information and Publishing of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as part of the implementation of policies to support the publishing sector. The portal allows users to submit applications for the Department’s financial support measures.
By accessing the portal through SPID, CIE or CNS during the application period, you can fill out your application using a guided process and submit it directly to the Department.

Extraordinary contribution for copies sold
Applications are now open for the extraordinary contribution for paper copies sold during 2023.
Applications can be submitted from 26 November to 18 December 2025.
From 10:00 am on 26 November to 5:00 pm on 18 December 2025 , it is possible to submit applications for the contribution provided for in Article 4 of the del Prime Ministerial Decree of 17 April 2025.
The provisions governing the use of this contribution are contained in the decree issued by the Head of the Department for Information and Publishing of 16 October 2025.
Applications must be signed by the legal representative of the company, exclusively with a digital signature in CAdES format, and submitted online through the procedure available in the reserved area of the portale impresainungiorno.gov.itportal, portal, accessible by clicking on the link "https://pa.impresainungiorno.gov.it/die/" and then on the box "Extraordinary contribution for copies sold", after authentication through the Public Digital Identity System (SPID), National Services Card (CNS) or Electronic Identity Card (CIE).
Applicant companies must submit only one application. In the event of an error, it will be possible, for the entire duration of the application period, to submit a new application that cancels the previous one.
