He is a professional prepared to analyze and address many issues related to the fields of construction and urban planning: 1) activities based on science application, sometimes in the competition and in collaboration with the activities of design, construction management, estimation and testing of building works, including public works; 2) the design, construction management, supervision, measurement, accounting and settlement related to simple civil constructions; 3) the direct and instrumental surveys on current and historic construction. For the purpose of admission to the State examination for qualification to the profession, the possession of a three-year degree is required.
