Unioncamere announces that the Catalogue is operational. This information is provided in reference to the effective date of implementation of the technical specifications that define the electronic methods for communication and transfer of data between the SUAP and all the subjects involved in the procedure, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2, of the Ministerial Decree of 26 September 2023, published in the OJ on 25 November 2023.
The functionalities of the Digital Single Desk SEZ of the South of Italy. SEZs are the focus of a webinar dedicated to all public administrations and public agencies involved (including SUAPs and municipalities) scheduled for 5 June 2024 from 11 a.m. to 12.30 pm.
As of 1 January 2024, the Special Economic Zone for Southern Italy - Single SEZ has been established, which includes all the municipalities in the territories of the regions of Abruzzo, Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Apulia, Sicily and Sardinia. The One-stop Shop SEZ of the South of Italy is the tool through which businesses intending to submit a project to set up in a single digital desk SEZ for Southern Italy will be able to apply for a Single Authorisation. The Dedicated Unit incorporates the functions already held by the Extraordinary Commissioners of the 8 Special Economic Zones.
