Simplifications for businesses in the Campania Region
The Regional Council of Campania has approved the draft "Regulation for the simplification and reduction of bureaucratic burdens in support of economic initiative, the tertiary sector, and the efficiency of personal services", a significant act in terms of administrative simplification and reduction of bureaucracy. Regional Regulation No. 2/2016 is consequently updated both in its legislative sources and in the identification codes of the competent administrative structures, allowing players established in the territory greater certainty in their relations with the regional administration.
