The Information Support platform for Public Administrations is now available, a help desk service that offers all those involved in adapting their services to the specifications of the One-Stop Shops IT System self-care functions for autonomously searching for useful information (relating to the PNRR M1C1 project, sub-investment 2.2.3, Digitisation of Procedures for Construction and One-Stop Shops operations') and the possibility of contacting a dedicated support team by filling in a form accessible from the 'Contact Us' section of the Web Portal itself.

The Information Support has free access and can be reached from the new One-Stop Shops Information System (OSS) page, available in the section Businesses and the Municipality - Public Administrations.

The Information Support dedicated to Public Administrations contains information on the legal-regulatory novelties deriving from the issuance of the new Technical Annex to D.P.R 160/2010 (SUAP Regulation), which describes the digital methods of communication and data transfer between the SUAP and the subjects involved in the administrative procedures, and the Technical Specifications published in the Official Journal on 25/11/2023, as well as information on the logical architecture and digital operating rules underlying the functioning of the One-Stop Shops (OSS) IT System.
